Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Performing reference and background Verification.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers complete joining formalities.
- Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6 Months of experience in Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, Job Portals, etc).
- Experience in IT & Non IT recruitment.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
