Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
  • Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Performing reference and background Verification.
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers complete joining formalities.
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 6 Months of experience in Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, Job Portals, etc).
  • Experience in IT & Non IT recruitment.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
