Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Planning

Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Quora, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. Leverage audience insights and social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to craft editorial calendars that drive conversations and community growth.

AI-Enhanced Optimization

Utilize AI-driven ranking and engagement tools (Cortex, LatelyAI, Linkfluence) to optimize post timing, format, and hashtag use. Implement machine-learning–powered analytics platforms (BuzzSumo, Influential) to identify trending topics and refine content for maximum reach and resonance.

Creative Campaign Development

Design and launch creative campaigns—polls, AMAs, carousel posts, and short-form video series—that spark dialogue and deepen brand affinity. Integrate user-generated content and influencer partnerships to amplify messages and accelerate network expansion.

Engagement & Community Building

Foster active communities by responding to comments, questions, and DMs within established SLAs. Host and moderate live events and Reddit AMAs to build trust and drive engagement. Track sentiment and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, saves) to iterate and improve content performance.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and native platform dashboards. Showcase proof of success with metrics such as 30%+ engagement lift, 2K new followers per quarter, and 15% increase in conversion-driven social referrals.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with design, product, and sales teams to align social content with broader campaigns and product launches. Stay current on 2025 social media and AI trends—social commerce, conversational AI bots, micro-influencer networks—and recommend innovative tactics for sustained growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics platforms: Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, Brandwatch
  • Experience with AI content assistants: Jasper, Copy.ai, LatelyAI
  • Strong copywriting skills, community-first mindset, and a passion for storytelling
