Over 50,000 shipping consignment documents were imported and exported by the client. These documents were available in PDFs. The records included invoices and financial information. The client needed to convert all these PDF files to CSV for internal analysis and evaluation. And the main challenge was we have to finish this project in only one month. Also There were inconsistencies between the rows and the columns.

Solution

For this project, a skilled team of data conversion was assigned. The task of monitoring the team's progress was split between a Supervisor and a Quality Analyst. Our team put a lot of effort into this project and worked overtime to complete it on schedule. that driven us to convert 2000 pages per day. We had the changed documents in our hand in just over 25 days.
